· Nov/Dec payment consist of the $250 tryout fee- applied to your club fees if selected for a team

 

· The Dec payment of $50 is due at the team meeting the first week of Dec, date TBD.

 

· If a player is selected for a team, then all $250 will be applied to the Nov payment. If a player is not selected for a team, or elects not to participate after being selected for a team, then SLVC will refund $200 of the $250 back to the Parent/Guardian.

 

· The payment is due by the 15^th of the month of the associated invoice. If that months payment is not received by the 1^st of the following month, then the player is not eligible to practice or compete in tournaments until the account is paid to date.

 

· If for any reason, other than injury, a player/parent elects to not complete the season, then all club base fees are required to be paid in full under the normal payment structure.
