Expectations of a Club season with SLVC

             What should I expect from a club season?

-- We all should expect that our children will improve on skills and knowledge of the game.
-- We should expect that the club provides quality coaching, equipment, practice facilities, information regarding tournaments, and information as to what we are paying for throughout a club season.
-- We should expect that our children have fun during the club season

             What should we expect from our children?

-- We should expect that our children want to be apart of the team.
-- We need to make sure that the players provide the proper attitude and team support at practices and tournaments.
-- We want our children to have fun playing volleyball, meet new friends and enjoy their club season with SLVC.

             What should we expect form our parents?

-- We expect that our parents trust in our directors and coaches to provide a quality season with SLVC.
-- We want our parent to enjoy the club season watching their children improve their skills and knowledge of the game.
-- Parents should be expected to act accordingly while representing your children and SLVC at events.
-- At the end of each season, we want our parents to feel they “got their money’s worth” from the SLVC season.

             Aggressive Behavior:

-- Aggressive Behavior toward any of our Director(s) and Coach(s) will not be tolerated.
